* WHERE...The Wasatch Front, Tooele and Rush Valleys, San Rafael Swell, and Western Canyonlands.

* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, until 9 AM MDT Friday. For the second Freeze Warning, from 8 PM Friday to 9 AM MDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
