* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 10 and 16 inches possible. 3 to 6 inches are expected along South Pass and Salt River Pass. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Wind River Mountains East, Wind River Mountains West, and Salt River and Wyoming Ranges.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult, including over South Pass and Salt River Pass.
