* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Michigan, including the following counties, in south central Michigan, Calhoun, Clinton, Eaton, Ingham, Ionia and Jackson. In southwest Michigan, Allegan, Barry, Kalamazoo, Kent, Ottawa and Van Buren.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
