The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from late Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS: Low Humidities and Strong Gusty Winds could cause erratic fire behavior.
* AFFECTED AREA: In Central WY Fire Zones...280...283...285...289...300. In North Central WY Fire Zones...275...276...281...282...287.
* COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Central WY...Fremont...Natrona. In North Central WY...Big Horn...Hot Springs...Johnson...Park Washakie. In Southwest WY...Sweetwater.
* WIND: Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* HUMIDITY: As low as 10 to 15 percent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS: While wind will not be as strong as on Wednesday, elevated to near critical fire weather conditions will be seen today across much of the same area.
