* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms Thursday afternoon and evening produced scattered reports of 2-3 inches of rainfall across the area. Additional thunderstorms are forecast overnight and any additional rainfall in these areas could lead to flash flooding and rapid rises on local streams and rivers.
