* WHEN...Until late Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects sidewalks along the river at Le Claire Park. Water also affects Credit Island Lane and Moline's River Drive in the 4700 block.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.1 feet this afternoon, then gradually fall through early next week. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
