* WHERE...Ashland, Bayfield, Douglas, and Iron Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the Red Cliff Band and the Bad River Reservation. Other locations including the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM CDT this morning. For the Winter Storm Watch, from this afternoon through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
